FELT & FORM STUDIO / ABOUT

About

A design practice centered entirely on the tennis ball.

THE STUDIO

Through repetition, geometry, and material transformation, tennis balls are assembled into sculptural furniture and objects.

The ball remains visible and recognizable, but its original function gives way to new structure, surface, and form. What begins as a single modular object becomes something architectural through accumulation and precision.

Studio Works

Reclaimed, court-played tennis balls retain their variations in color, wear, and marking. These differences remain visible within clear geometric structures, preserving the history of the material.

Clean Break

Color and markings are removed, shifting attention away from the ball’s prior use and toward repetition and pure form. Each object is produced as a signed, numbered edition.
